Michele Hinnrichs Chairman of the Board
Michele Hinnrichs founded the company in 1988.
Prior to that she worked as a physicist for several top defense contractors where she gained the experience to start and run a successful R&D business for over 30 years
It is under her strong leadership and technical skill that has enabled this successful company to develop numerous innovative technologies over the yeas.
Vice President of Programs
Bradford Hinnrichs joined the staff at PAT in 2016
Prior to joining PAT he was the Vice President of Operations for a company that engineered and manufactured sensor systems. He lead a team of 200 people and contracts of $33M.
He has been responsible for the development of our latest infrared hyperspectral cameras and works closely with our defense customers to assure we meet their needs
Chief Software Engineer
Todd Malhmood has worked for PAT for over 20 years as lead software engineer.
Prior to joining PAT he worked for several computer gaming companies where he mastered the challenge of computer animated graphics. This has served him well over the years in developing the hyperspectral imaging and analysis software used in the PAT programs and products.
