PAT under contract to the US Army and Special Operations Command is developing the smallest infrared hyperspectral camera to be flown on miniature drones to detect and identify chemical warfare agents, explosive devices and processing labs.
Hyperspectral imaging is used by industry for detection and identification of gases and liquids in oil, gas, power and manufacturing . Numerous defense and security applications for missile defense, the detection of chemical warfare agent, IED's, explosives and camouflaged targets.
